Terms of Trade

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our minimum order quantity is 100 bags per design or colour. This applies to each distinct bag type, design, or colour variant in an order. You may combine multiple bag types in a single order provided each individual type meets the 100-bag minimum. Some speciality items may have a higher MOQ as specified on the product listing.

Payment Terms

All orders require advance payment before production begins. The standard payment schedule is:

• 100% advance for orders below ₹50,000
• 50% advance, 50% before dispatch for larger orders (subject to agreement)

Payment can be made via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) or UPI. Details are provided with your proforma invoice. Production will not begin until payment is confirmed.

Lead Time

Standard production lead time is 7–12 working days from the date of design approval and payment confirmation. The exact lead time depends on the bag type, quantity, and print complexity. Lead times are confirmed at the time of order. Rush orders may be accommodated — please enquire at the time of placing your order.

Design Approval and Mockups

We provide a free digital mockup of your branded bag before production begins. Production starts only after you provide written approval of the mockup. Any changes requested after approval may extend the lead time or incur additional costs.

Cancellation and Refunds

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Since all bags are manufactured to your specific design and requirements, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds after production is underway. If you need to cancel before production begins, please contact us immediately — cancellation may be possible before materials are cut or printed.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will remake the affected items at no additional cost or provide a proportionate credit note.

GST Invoice

A valid GST invoice is provided with every order upon dispatch. Our GSTIN is available on request. The invoice will reflect the full order value including applicable GST.

Delivery

We deliver Pan-India via reputable courier partners. Shipping costs are additional to the product price and will be confirmed in your proforma invoice. Delivery timelines are typically 2–5 business days after dispatch depending on your location. Delivery to West Bengal is not currently available.

Risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier. We pack all orders securely; however, if goods arrive damaged, please document and report it within 48 hours of receipt.

Disputes and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from orders placed with Ecohub Bags shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue amicably before initiating formal proceedings.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time your order is placed governs that order. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
